In my search for cheaper food in Provo, I read your blog post about your experience at the co-op. Hi, I think this idea is great. Did you pick the food up from Provo or Salt Lake? I'm wondering because I don't want to lug a bunch of food on a bus for two and a half hours and think the cost of driving to salt lake and back from provo would cancel out the savings from the co-op.
the co-op has drop off points throughout utah county - provo's spot is at the centro hispanico on freedom blvd. if you live in provo that's the closest one. for me it has been a great money saver. you can find more info at the co-op's website:

you have to order about 2 weeks in advance (this month's orders are due on Friday). if you have more questions, feel free to ask. thanks for stopping by!
